Before booking a trip to Marrakech, it is useful to learn about entry requirements on Moroccan territory. French nationals require a passport valid for the duration of the stay. A visa is not required if your stay does not exceed a period of three months. To get to Marrakech, the most simple and fast is the plane. As with most destinations, it should go about it in advance to book the ticket to take advantage of better prices. If you want to explore the area, the car rental in Marrakech is the ideal solution.

It allows you to remain independent, flexible in scheduling and facilitating the discovery of more remote, off the beaten track. To travel serenely it is advisable to book a rental car in Marrakech before departure, for example on the internet. To move around the old town (Medina), the only solution is walking. The streets are narrow, almost non-existent public transport close to the souks and Main Square makes it almost impossible traffic, even on two wheels. As for the rest of the city, taxis and buses are mostly relatively inexpensive ways to get from one point to another. But be careful if you take a taxi; remember to negotiate the fare before boarding. Finally, if you wish to leave the boundaries of the city of Marrakech to explore the surroundings, the best solution is the car rental.
